Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after you order via email whimsicaltailsco@hotmail.com - whilst we will make every effort to help you, we regret that we cannot cancel your order if this has already processed for dispatch (which sometimes can happen within an hour of an order being placed) and you will be required to return the item at your own cost.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Refunds:
You are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel by sending an email to: whimsicaltailsco@hotmail.com
Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return - we will send you the relevant returns information including the address to make your return to. You will have 7 days from the date that we reply to you to ship your returned item(s) back.
The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition with tags still attached. We cannot under any circumstances accept items where the tags have been removed. Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/marked/without tags will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.
Goods must be in perfect condition, unused and remain in a re-saleable condition - we recommend that you carefully try the item(s) on your dog indoors (clean doggos only please) if you need to try on an item. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in this perfect condition.
Please ensure your return includes your:
- Order Name
- Order Number
- Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.
Exchanges:
You are welcome to return your item(s) for a store credit or refund to place a new order for the alternative item(s) / size(s) required within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs and will need to pay the shipping of the alternative size/item.

We would hate for you to be disappointed if the alternative size required goes out of stock - so please make sure that you double and triple check your sizing before placing an order, you can always contact us if you are unsure before placing your order.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.
Please allow 7 days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us after this time, please reach out to us at: whimsicaltailsco@hotmail.com with your order name and number.
Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued to you and can only be redeemed in a single transaction for the designated amount or greater, and are not valid to be redeemed with any other promotions. Delivery charges will apply.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives to you damaged or faulty this may be returned for a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
Customs/Import Charges
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.
International Customs tax/charges are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location.
Lost , Stolen or Damaged parcels
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail here.
Please contact us at whimsicaltailsco@hotmail.com for any details they require to assist with your claim. The outcome of this claim is out of our control and we are unable to make any influence on the carriers’ decision.
